What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is a part of Microsft 365 that give you a tone of opportunity to use the integration between Teams and Office 365

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most significant point is stable work without any problems with audio and video connections.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like to have more features that have in Zooma and Cisco Webex (translation and polls)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams as a part of a subscription could be a great product for small companies and for enterprises.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I love that they have accounts for small and large enterprises. It's easy to use and their customer service is readily available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easily integrated, highly collaborative whether a part of the same organization or not.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be buggy right after updates are installed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it! you won't regret it. It will eliminate the need for multiple emails and people missing information. (Unless they're not paying attention)

Seamless integration with other Microsoft products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Transcription feature when different languages are spoken during a meeting. AI can definitely help there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research in terms of what's important to your business and what specific capabilities you need. If you are Gapps then you have lot of other alternatives but if you are on Office 365 then Teams is highly recommended.
