What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The main difference of Teams with others solutions is the integration with all the Microsoft portfolio, like Outlook, Sharepoint, Planner, To do and other. In addition to the features that teams have, using like a hub to have access to the other applications is a great plus that Teams have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with all the other solutions. The easy way to have meetings, videocalls, chat, is the perfect solution to stay connected with all your business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I would like to upgrade is the ability to have full control when someone is sharing me the screen for remote support, it happens that if the user doesn't have full privileges in the PC I can't run some programs or commands.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams would increase the communication in your business, is the perfect solution to stay connected all the time, no matter where you are, you are one call/chat/video away from your business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Microsoft Teams is how it works smoothly with Microsoft 365. This makes it easy for users to collaborate using familiar tools like Word, Excel, and OneNote right within the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I don’t like about Microsoft Teams is that it can be overwhelming because of all the features and options. For new users, the interface can be a bit tricky to navigate at first.
