Ease of access to find regular assignments

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is super slow and makes my laptop runs really slow especially if I were to work from the downloaded application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that your laptop has a good internal memory or otherwise MS teams is sure to cause lag in processing.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS Teams provide collaboration across global within or outside organisations. If any origination using MS Team just search through name or email Id and start chatting or start audio/video call immediately, trust me this feature differentiates MS Teams from another meeting platform. This platform has many more features as well which is quite unique such as the "Activity section" where you can find the complete activity of your organisation. MS Teams is deployed on almost all working platforms like Windows, Browsers, iOS, Android, Mac and Linux as well. Being a test Engineer I have used MS teams on all platforms during testing of any apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The audio/Video clarity of this platform is the best and favourite aspect for me. This platform has many more features such as the full potential of messaging, calling, video conferencing, file sharing, Screen Sharing, and many more. We can easily record our meeting which can be accessible by every team member also we can easily download the list of attendees. In-built integration with OneNote, all Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Stream is really helpful. You can also integrate much more application which is available in their list by clicking "More Apps". This platform also saves all recent files shared over email within the organisation by "Files".

What do you dislike most about this product?

I love this platform but still, I would mention only a few minor issues which I faced that can be resolved in the upcoming release from Microsoft teams. Sometimes It's asking for a password to re-login while using, that annoying for me. I wish this platform provides the flexibility to delete messages. If you change meeting backing during an ongoing session that would not look interactive. I know above mention issues are minor issues but adding/fixing these issues will add greater value.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I don't think in this world anyone don't know about or did not hear the name of Microsoft. The name is enough for us to trust blindly but still, I would say I did not find any meeting platform which has these many features within one tool. Microsoft teams are free to very affordable, so every organisation can afford to have it as a communication tool in their company. MS Teams have allowed us to do is to communicate quicker and have a one-stop application that allows for calls, screen shares, attachments and meetings that keeps everything centralised. So go for it.
