What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is a great software for communication and collaboration. This has many features to make work effective in an organisation. I would recommend Microsoft Teams to anyone in the future.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform really helped in keeping things organised and get in touch with co-workers in a quick and timely manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft needs to proactively work on fixing the open bugs in order to provide a seamless experience to the users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The service and experience provided by the Microsoft team have been quite satisfactory.
