Comes bundled with Microsoft 365. We heavily rely on Microsoft's services for us and our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quick, easy & gets work done fast. It just works

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI is less intuitive than Slack. Might just be me but the Slack design for channels & direct messages is better

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have Microsoft 365, stop using Skype, Cisco, Zoom or anything really. Teams just works. It's all you need.
