An all round business communication platform

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

One major differentiator is the external app integration. There are just too many options to select from and this is something that I have not seen with any other provider.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product provides a seamless video call and chat experience. Not only can we talk to individuals but can also create groups. The integration with calendar also provides easy to view day to day schedule and also provides meeting reminders

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many times while someone tries to call you, you only get the call on your mobile and not on your system. Also the recent update has introduced weird emojis which I personally do not like

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is definitely worth trying and is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend it for professional and business use

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I think the only thing that Microsoft Teams does quite well is the audio rarely be interrupted.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The audio quality is good and the audio is seamless, rarely be interrupted, unlike Slack calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The design looks so old-fashioned, probably maybe even a bit ugly, which gives me the feeling like I'm using a software since the 90s.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is okay to use if you only care about quality and not also the design. Not the best in the market, though.
