Microsoft teams has powerful audio and video calling which is better in business calls. It offers excellent way to collaborate on channels with clients and partners.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On microsoft teams sometimes the meeting links have not worked properly have shown some error joining in meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft teams is a great for business meetings and we can have excellent meetings experience.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams has advanced options to format any text sent in messages, which allows the users to create bullet lists, change colors, and also change fonts. One of the many fun features of Microsoft Teams is that it allows the users to send gifs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Well the most amazing thing i find is the connectivity of third-party applications like slack and whatsapp with Microsoft Teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

Regarding the features i don't have anything to dislike but I would prefer if the UX is improved and made a little fancier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Kudos to the Micrsoft Team for an amazing job, one thing I would like to mention is that I have faced an issue of disconnection whereas the internet speed is good. If that can be fixed the product will be complete.
