What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams core function is the same as other messaging applications but what makes it different is the ability to have apps run inside of teams. You do not have to always leave MS Teams to open a file or update your task list.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Microsoft Teams is the continue improvement that they are doing. They post new features on there Instagram page so you can see tips and tricks on what is new and how to use the new features they role out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to pick a feature I would like improved would be the layout options on video conferencing. The ability to rearrange each video view so can display people in a particular order.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use Microsoft 365 the this is a great application to use since it integrates nicely with office applications such as word files and more. So if you already use office 365 then you really should consider using this as your messaging application and video Conference application.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is an excellent and interesting conferencing platform with numerous capabilities, such as the ability to amend the delivered message and respond to any questions that has been received. Additionally, we have access to several organization-related applications as well as tools from businesses like power BI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that it lets customers in your particular team to update and work off of another page by sharing a document. This is especially useful when several individuals are working together. I also appreciate how many add-ons are available for me to use while communicating with my team and reward output.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The very worst feature of Microsoft Teams is that you cannot give someone else control of a Teams activity. Everybody in the meeting must be invited to a brand-new event with such a newcomer as the owner in the case that you become unexpectedly unavailable and no one can organize on your place. This is quite annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our entire staff has been capable of communicating utilizing Microsoft Teams during large business meetings in order to connect visually. It has been nice to have quick feedback and suggestions from the staff. While we have used this to carry out client interviews and gather feedback from customers,
