It combines its strengths in video conferencing with file sharing and document collaboration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video Conferencing is strong

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm not convinced that its document collaboration is better than some competitors

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're moving from a competitor to sharepoint/teams do testing to make sure the file transfer process runs smoothy.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Low price and great customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without constant, everyday use of Microsoft Teams, I would be unable to carry out my job. I can simply connect with my team using Teams, hold online Team activities, discuss crucial information, send private messages, host video meetings, easily make phone calls, etc. I also appreciate that there are so many add-ons available that I can use to interact with my team and recognize effective results, such as the Praise feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The emoji menu should feature a recently used area, which would be the one drawback I could think of. However, this is quite modest given the wide variety of emojis available to liven up my team chat and encourage interaction with my team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Every day, I use Microsoft Teams to interact with my team, conduct video meetings, and contact with remote coworkers in order to bring as much human interaction as possible to the virtual workplace. Teams enables me to communicate with my team, assist them with their daily chores.
