What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is an incredible tool that has visibly helped improve productivity levels at work, particularly during Covid19 lockdown when staff was working remotely. MS Teams has the capacity to support instant messaging, audio calls, video calls, webinars, virtual staff meetings etc. It can also support brainstorming tools like Whiteboard, LucidChart for process mapping and innovative thinking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this tool is that there are a multitude of applications that can be integrated into the platform, making meetings fun, collaborative, easily organized and impactful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no aspects in this product that I am unhappy with. The solution keeps improving and it maintains its reputation as a effective and dynamic solution to boost collaboration and share information while connecting virtually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a MS 365 account, definitely consider using MS Teams. You will not be disappointed. It is easy to navigate and the interface is simple and well designed.
