Its simplified UI and practicality in use.

Its major lack in various functionalities from (Screensharing, File archives, Searches, etc.) compared to its major competitors in Slack, Twilio, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the specific features you may need from a complexity standpoint and be wary of your primary necessities before purchasing this messaging platform.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

You can create Groups to work together for project management which is great. They have some workflows but not so many indications about how to use them and it is not so intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is intuitive when it comes to the video conference and messenger side

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not UX Friendly for most features and I feel like I don't know which features I should be using

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To have a look on youtube at different features and how to use it and depending on that, give it a go
