What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams differs from other software because we have the function of sharing, editing and viewing file folders hosted directly in our cloud (sharepoint).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about Teams is that it is intuitive and easy to use, we can all access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I like least about Teams is that the files sent by chat are temporary and sometimes you can lose information that we think we have stored.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams improves communication between teams working remotely, promotes real-time collaboration.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

We consider it to be quite amazing when a team can communicate in confidence. Finally, Outlook for Business email accounts is compatible with the video messaging feature. Because you may maintain sections of the meeting on your desktop without interfering with other duties, and because it will notify you when you get messages, a meeting can be quickly arranged and teams will handle the majority of the work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are unable to install the corporate remote access program on these personal computers, but we can use Microsoft Teams as a remote access alternative to Team View. For third-party employees that are having IT-related issues, this is a huge help. It is an entirely integrated system that runs in a Microsoft-based environment. The majority of users find it simple to implement, and there is little administration overhead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We frequently have issues since we find it difficult to quickly paste a limited set of cells from Excel into Teams, which forces us to send screenshots or attach complete sheets when necessary. Another "feature" that consumes time is "Activity," which shows a summary of all activity across all tabs and cannot be turned off.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We value the capacity to keep a remote team cohesive and conduct meeting with participants who are located in various time zones, whether they are at home, at work, or on the road. The calendar of Outlook may be easily synced with sessions and scheduled. We can exchange documents so people can see them in real-time as we discuss a topic and screen share to improve collaboration.
