What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

One of the unique features is obviously integration with office 365 and other apps which makes certain other tasks easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the great feature in video call is ability to get closed captions which is helpful in case someone is in a noisy area or unable to hear someone due to network issues

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my use there have been few instances where it lagged due to network issues but nothing major or repititive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the best tool for video call conferencing with rich features and support for add on apps which makes it unique and enjoyable experience.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Biggest differentiator is the ability to merge instant messaging and video conferencing which makes it a daily use product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite sspect is it us very secure. An email with recipients is sent out safely to all guests and automatically saves in calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dislike is that the product requires a sign on from guests even they are not on business profile like external guests.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A must have product with ability to instantly chat with team owners. Moreover, video conferencing is a huge plus.
