What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Built in Meeting notes is the main differentiating factor from Zoom and other main competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chatting has many cool features and it is more than basic chatting. It offers you rich text formatting and so on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the first time users, it takes some time to learn about product and features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for the product allowing you variety of features, more customization, you should go for it.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Market dominance, integration with other Office tools, low price considering its included in the o365 products at no additional cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use on multiple platforms. From my desktop to my cellphone, even my car stereo supports it so I'm always connected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dealing with support will make you wish any other product came close.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have O365 your team will start using it anyways, its free anyways, and you are probably used to microsoft support so might as well jump on the boat.
