What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams has the best features when compared to any other tool. Its integration with other Microsoft apps makes it the best option for any Windows operating system user.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The "Record and Transcribe" is our favorite feature in most conference calls. This has reduced a lot of tedious work to capture the "minutes of meetings". My next Favourite feature would be screen share where I can select a specific screen or one single application window. This kind of privacy helps us a lot. Another favorite feature I use to collaborate is "Microsoft Whiteboard" which helps in putting out my ideas to the participants clearly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have been using Microsoft Teams for almost 4 years and haven't found anything I dislike about it. Rarely do I find glitches when I switch my audio connections. But this is not a significant issue for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any enterprise or small company should choose teams as it provides a very efficient communication platform. if the company is using Microsoft applications already, adding teams to their portfolio increases the efficiency as the integration between these apps and Microsoft Teams is amazing. Also, Microsoft teams provide various pricing plans that make it affordable per our requirements.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams has a lot of integrations majorly with Microsoft products like Outlook. Scheduling calls is very smooth and no downtime is seen when compared to other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ScreenSharing by selecting a particular screen or app is my most loved feature. This way I don't have to worry about the privacy of my other apps. Also, highlighter on the calls makes it easy to discuss and point out things for efficient and quick communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not very particular, but rarely audio connection fails and resets in 2-3 seconds. This could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any one looking for an amazing communication tool and to integrate with Microsoft Apps, teams will be the goto choice. It's very effective for team interaction and instant messaging.
