I enjoy creating Teams for different departments, allowing specific individuals to collaborate seamlessly. The ability to make calls, conduct video conferences, and share screens within Teams is effortless and smooth.

The product's functionality, such as going offline when the internet connection is lost and requiring reinstallation to work again once the connection is restored, can lead customers to question its reliability. These issues may discourage customers from using the product altogether.
