What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Inclusion factor, if you own MS O365 licensing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Functionality and collaboration on multiple levels within the same application (IM, AV, etc.)

What do you dislike most about this product?

MS Teams Room need to be able to support Mac OS hosts. MS Teams app could use a Touch Up filter, similar to what Zoom offers. It's amazing how many people use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, especially if you own O365 licensing. While Zoom may be a bit easier to manage, you won't regret features, offered by MS Teams.

- we can create groups, teams - we can integrate utility apps to teams to increase productivity and automation - we can search all conversation with few keywords - user interface is sleek and well designed - easy to manage groups and teams - esay to setup meeting

- have all the conversation history at one place - delete the message - file sharing in a group and access it at one place

- the sound of call notification

This is best communication and collaboration tool where it helps us to manage groups and teams at one place, it have many automation tools and file sharing features which help in increase the productivity
