What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products is the fact that it is an application in the extensive Microsoft Office suite, which enables seamless integration with the rest of the suite's applications. Due to this collaboration between the Microsoft suite applications, Microsoft Teams extends its capabilities beyond just the regular video conferencing and instant messaging. This increases the productivity of the team and enables better communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Team is the seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft OneDrive. I have used the combination of these during my projects, and it has facilitated an easy flow of communication between my team and enabled us to share files easily and also given us features for version control and co-authoring. This product has increased the ease of collaboration, which is very important in projects and companies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the product has smart phone compatibility, some of the advanced features available on a desktop are missing in the mobile version. This does not impact the functioning of the application or affect the user's performance, since the mobile version is enough to complete the basic tasks and requirements of the users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The first thing I would suggest is to check if your organization is already using the Microsoft Office suite, since this application is a part of the suite. Having the other Microsoft Office applications will enable seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and you will not need to look into other third party applications for a lot of features or tasks. Second will be to check the various pricing plans available and match them with your firm's requirements to ensure you are getting your money's worth and utilizing the product properly.

UI and its easy to use access, Better connectivity and quality of audio and videos while meeting and screen sharing is accuraty

No delete chat option is available, Finding old chats is bit hard
