Ease of Use, abundance of features and easy access to support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instant messaging, particularly schedule send.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Schedule send going wrong! Either not sending the message and deleting it entirely or sending straight away, this has happened on occasion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure it's piloted and tested thoroughly and feedback your recommendations to microsoft regularly

Is so simple to use. there isnt lots of buttons and menus to confusion those that arent 'tech savvy'

The ability to simply contact anyone within my business whether that be IM, call or video call

I do believe that there is more apps and integration that could be done
