What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Integration between MS Team and other Microsoft products is one of the biggest strenghts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Team collaboration no doubt, also is extremely easy to follow up tasks and meeting using Outlook, finally I'd like to add that mobile version a must for everyone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File sharing is one of the weakest points and is not very consistent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product and works so much better by integrating the other MS 360 products.

Smooth integration with AD Plugins like Bot is really cool if fully utilised Web and vide conferencing works with less than 1 percent disruption Team features at its best to provide RBAC

Ability to have separate channels based on different topics

Can be buggy at times with frequent crashes and sometimes a bit confusing

To define a channel structure and consider locking down what people can create to have some standardization across the company otherwise you can end up with a lot of mess,
