What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is already integrated with MS outlook.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is no nonsense call app. I have used zoom as well, but its integration with MS Suite makes it worthy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes notifications don't come on mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes its good considering discounted price with MS Suite.
