What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Because it's a Microsoft product, it's easy to integrate with all the other Microsoft applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to tell who was available and who was not by a red / yellow / green scale.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Teams dropped far more calls for all of us, no matter location, than any service I'd used prior.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking to stay entirely within the Microsoft suite, this will get the job done well enough. If you want deeper customization options, consider a solution that is 100% focused on chat and video services.
