What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS Teams works best on corporate computers where other alternatives such as Zoom is banned that's where the differentiation point for MS Teams lies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As CRM responsible, I have tons of meetings every day and MS Teams is making it easy to have those meetings promptly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Before actual package, our system was not integrated in to MS outlook and that was not the best compatibility between. the tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend them to explore all the different integrations&extensions possible in their ecosystem which would create wonders for them.

If you are already a MS 365 user, Teams is a must-use. Otherwise, you should consider it anyway for its wide range of features and its performance
