What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams offers comprehensive integration with Microsoft 365/Office 365 apps, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, making it the winner in this area. Users can collaborate with colleagues in real time while working on files. Teams also integrates with Dynamics 365, Microsoft's CRM platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chat is one of the key features of Microsoft Teams. Whether it's just with one person or with a group chat allows you to instantly message team members for quick discussions and feedback. You can even start a chat with yourself whenever you want to draft a message or even send a file from one device to another.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of customization options

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's more than just chat. You can use the chat window in Teams to have quick conversations with your colleagues, Before, during and after in Meetings, Fewer emails.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The ability to share attachments and check the availability of a user in the forms of "Available", BRB, offline etc. is one of the most unique features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Checking the availability of the user so that I know if it is the right time to connect with a user or not.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When sharing screen, I cannot hide the stop sharing button which is irritating and takes half of the space on top.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is professional and trustworthy.

Microsoft teams help us connect with my teammates instantly and help us contribute in the business meetings and work together seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The chat and file sharing with others is super handy quick and saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While uploading files in teams It does not show how much percentage is completed which should be enhanced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy to use and does not require any prior experience and ultimately maximizing our productivity.
