What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Microsoft Teams is its occasional performance issues and glitches. While Teams generally provides a smooth user experience, there are times when users may encounter connectivity issues, delays in messages appearing, or occasional crashes. Improvements in stability and performance would enhance the overall reliability of the platform.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has in built features such as visio and document sharing, which other products dont.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of integrations it has and the superior level of features in the program is amazing. It makes my work life very productive as I dont have to switch between apps, messaging, meetings, editing documents collaboratively- all is in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the new updates are a hassle, on each launch it asks if I want to switch to old teams or new teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're an avid user of microsoft suite, this a very nice program for you, as it has all the necessary features to make your work easier.
