Run and don't look back!

Likeliness to Recommend

1 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Absolutely nothing!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To be frank, I hate everything about Microsoft Teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On a videoconference front, it cannot compete! As a team communications platform, it cannot compete! When you have platforms like Slack, Zoom, Google Meet (and the entirety of the Google Suite) -- why would you even use this thing? The most egregious aspect of Microsoft Teams is how confusing the user interface is. I've never seen anything like this in terms of low quality. They could literally just go spy on their competitors and take notes. Using Teams makes me feel like I'm using Windows 98 again -- it's really that bad. It's also a pain to share invites for meetings with people who are outside the org and not using Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start from the bottom and build this thing back up. Microsoft Teams is a flop piece of software and I feel bad for employees forced to use it.

  • Reliable

Cons
