The fun gifs and emojis you can send

it crashes sometimes, and always prompts me to use the new teams instead of just sending me automatically

Great for enterprise, smaller businesses might not need something like this, maybe a simpler product would do

Look at other perhaps more specialized solutions vs. going straight to this name branded Teams. One size does not fit all here.
