A lot! From the user interface to the amazing features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite aspects of Microsoft Teams is its deep integration with Microsoft 365 tools, like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be complex at times. Not so beginner-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend the person learns how to use the “Save” and “Pin” feature.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is tightly integrated with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint), making it more powerful tool for collaboration and teamwork communication. Through chat, video meetings, voice calling, file sharing and collaboration into single platform. This eliminate the need for switching between different tools for different communication needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teams allows users to co-author documents in real-time, making it easier for teams to work on shared files directly from withing the platform. Channels in teams help to organize conversations by topic, project or department. This helps by keeping the discussion organized, and everyone involved can follow context easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Teams is the best tool for team collaboration and communication even during remote work. I have no dislike so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's deep integration with other Microsoft tools, enterprise-level security makes it a powerful collaboration and communication platform.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Since it’s a Microsoft product the integration is amazing. Also the vast uses of teams helped us eliminate using two different products to using only one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How everything is one place. Video, instant chat, and file sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No real complaints. Only frustration is when the meeting volume is strange. Might be an end user issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it. Best product out there.
