What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Standalone application linked with Microsoft Outlook which makes easier for user to check the meetings and out of office notification at one place. Chat is very efficient and fast, can create groups also. Channel is also supported. Notification is awesome and the features related to notification is wonderful. Can be accessed via mobile phone also. Adding others in group and sharing the chat history which is also customized is good one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chat one to one. Group chat with multiple options like adding others sharing chat history. File sharing. Calling features and it automatically makes it do not disturb mode when user in the call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's standalone application connected to internet improving it's performance over the years but at the same time I feel it is still very heavier and takes lot of time. Not sure meeting lock option is present or not. Search can be improved such as global search, file search.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wonderful product to increase your productivity and enabling the faster communication throught the organisation. Multiple customized features with Intuitive ui.
