What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects of this product is Microsoft 365 integration, chat and video in one platform, robust meeting features, customization & bots. Scalability, collaborative features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike their complex user interface, heavy system usage, limited free plan, notification overload.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend you to check with your IT infrastructure. And buy the best premium plan accordingly.
