What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams comes with the weight of the full Microsoft stack allowing full integration into all other Microsoft products allowing teams to collaborate directly within the tool, working on documents, automating workflows and presenting PowerBI dashboards. Teams works as far more than just a video conferencing/instant messenger.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How many integrations there are within the tool, making it an essential platform for every day work, being able to access all of my work and team collaborations in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Frequency of change. As with all Microsoft products, half baked changes are made frequently with little communication. This can lead to loosing some familiarity with the tool as you have to conform to the tools dictated new way of working

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a Microsoft house it's a no brainer. If you however trying to move away from Microsoft this is perhaps not the best choice. It really is at its full potential when combined with other Microsoft tooling

Teams It's super customizable and has its own Teams admin center.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The admin center where you can cuztomize the policies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I want help from Teams support and I need to create a ticket. I want a web chat or a way I can contact their support team to ask questions quickly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The cost of this product is super fair. Once you test it you will not change it.

Sometimes it’s laggy. Messages doesn’t come at the same time on desktop app as compared to mobile app

Give some time to be familiar with the product. After some time it’s very easy to use.
