What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

From experience , I rate Microsoft Teams as one of the most secured video conferencing software out there. I also like that Microsoft Teams is more than video conferencing , it serves my company for chat based conversations and reliable file sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams is one of the easiest to use video conferencing software with external guests. When I communicate with professionals outside of my company, they do not need to sign up or login or even download a native desktop application to be able to join my meeting links.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft teams consumes a lot of RAM and PC resource and this sometimes translates to slow or laggy experiences. I also hope that navigation across the platform can be straightforward and less complicated. I shouldn't need to click multiple tabs before I am able to locate basic features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Important for adopting teams to invest in internal training for staffs , on how they can effectively utilize Microsoft Teams.

Calender good management with ms teams and all day activity tracker whereas it is very difficult with other teams to join the call
