What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can pin key discussions, documents, or files right at the top for quick reference. It also allows guest access, making it easier to work with clients or external partners without constant back-and-forth emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The guest access setup can be a bit tricky at first, and the channel customization options aren’t as flexible as what tools like Slack offer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For project teams that regularly involve external collaborators or multiple stakeholders who need a shared digital workspace to stay aligned.
