What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Ease of integration, good support, feature-rich

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The screen share and control feature is quite robust, surprisingly. Also have made use of the integration to other applications quite extensively. Perhaps each message should have a numeric id, so that you can reference someone to the conversation in this manner

What do you dislike most about this product?

The file sharing and linking to documents is not user-friendly. I have spent valuable time trying to find a document in Teams and it shouldn't be that difficult. The way it is laid out makes it challenging to reference or "tag" someone on a document also.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluate all peer products, but consider the solid support Teams offers.

Saftey and security. Easy to manage permissions and department silos

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The voice quality over conferencing - keeps out background noises

What do you dislike most about this product?

SharePoint - I prefer Google Docs. It is easier to use and share documents. The security on MS products is better but it means more hoops to jump through on a day to day tasks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It delivers on all its listed capabilities and is cost-effective. Solves a ton of business challenges regarding growth
