Test the product out thoroughly. This includes not just windows but also on a mac. Make sure it meets your expectations. Have a NON-IT user test it also. This will help with what you actually might need.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Team is much more easier to use, has a simpler & more beautiful UI than it's competitors. Also, the functionalities powered by Teams integrate well with other Microsoft products, making it a good fit for our team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect about Microsoft teams is it's native integration with MS Office 365 which makes getting work done simpler and more productive. We can sync data with apps like OneNote, OneDrive and much more that makes communication much more seamless within the team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much to dislike!
