You probably already have it - so why not use it?

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is really easy to use. It integrates with Gmail and Outlook seamlessly for adding links into all of your meetings. There are hundreds to thousands of add-ons to Teams that make it exponentially more powerful. My only wish was that someone could show me all of the add-on opportunities I'm missing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cheap and easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be really hard to find previous conversations when you have tons lots of conversations with multiple groups of people,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend that your technology group is involved to help determine addon opportunities.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Friendly Negotiation
  • Enables Productivity
  • Over Delivered

Cons

  • Leverages Incumbent Status
  • Commodity Features
  • Less Efficient Service

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Some of the video effects are cool. And the ease of use with our whole Microsoft Suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The avatars...no, the ability to integrate with Gong for our AI recap is probably my new favorite thing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be glitchy. Sometimes it doesn't ring when you are calling a team member. Occasionally it will kick you out of a meeting for what seems to be no reason. It doesn't happen too often, but not fun when it does.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use all of the integrations to the best of your ability.

Pros

  • Caring
  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable

It works, no issues setup meeting or problems with adding or taking users during or before a meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I was not really happy with MS Support it took me several calls to get the right support person to address my issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the following to all end-users and companies, always trial the package for 30 plus days to make sure it meets your needs. If you are replacing another vendor, create a list of what you like and what you don't like about your current product.
