What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Instant messaging screenshare and video conference features whole together set this product apart from the similar ones.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly futures and being able to use it as an instant message tool along with video and audio conferencing is perfect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File sharing features are not the best. Always facing problems while transferring files or fail to transfer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learning the features of the product (video conferencing whiteboard voice conferencing) beforehand would be efficient.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is good for screen sharing, never faced any issue. During meetings we can easily switch screen where we want the focus.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The emojis during video conferencing provides a medium to share emotions as well, express your views. Also the last seen feature is newly added which help us to know whether our messages has been read or not.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the group messages spam at inappropriate time which is outside the working hours.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. Good for audio and video conferencing.
