Microsoft Team intertwines with all other Microsoft products well and integrates Microsoft products better than any outside product partner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of integration at initial setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The program often struggles to perform well with users who are not subscribed to Microsoft Teams. It has a hard time with mics and video working consistently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the cost and effectiveness ratio to decide if it is financially worth it to invest in.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

here is a stand out use case. we had multiple teams across different locations working on various aspects of a project. Teams allowed us to create dedicated channels for each sub team to share files and have real-time video calls to discuss progress.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite has to be the integration of with other tools and apps. whether it is pulling data from power to display on dashboards or collaborating on a word document in real time, Teams has made it incredibly easy to keep everything in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notification system can be overwhelming. Nothing significant to dislike really.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams has improved our collaborations and communication.
