What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has all the favorable options ranging from scheduling the meetings, instant messaging, large-scale meetings, easy customization according to one’s own needs and requirements. Documents and media can be reliably shared without worries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams is very good in that it integrates with all other Microsoft 365 software. The team can be used as the main hub even without leaving the interface of the application. Remote and on-site staff can stay connected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the updates are not helpful. They only reduce its performance. It disturbs when on one random day, the option/feature one is familiar and habitual of disappears. Also, in some computers, the application consumes too much RAM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very helpful application in work-related atmospheres. It is a good source of keeping the colleagues, partners connected to each other. Video conferences can be saved and can be looked at afterward, which is really a helpful feature. Great application to work with.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

To be honest, Microsoft Teams is a lot like the other software providers for video conferencing solutions. However, it gets the edge with its affordable pricing for business plans, starting at $5 only. Also, the fact that chat and files are saved in one place, instead of a part in an email, a part in an a cloud instance and a part in a separate chat solutions, with Microsoft Teams, makes it really stands out from the crowd.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the 1TB cloud storage. It allows me to store some important backups, and well as saving larges and larger files. Once, we also had a meeting with 250 persons around the world (limit is 300), with no lag whatsoever and this was really amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop installation take a lot of compute resources, even though I used it on a 6GB Ram PC and Core i7 processors. There should be a lighter and faster version in my opinion, as upgrading hardware for using this might not be cost effective.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Listen, Microsoft Teams, from experience is one of the most reliable solutions when it comes to hosting professional business meetings online. I recommend without reservation.
