What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The interface of this application is user-friendly. The online meeting feature includes file uploading, and in-meeting messaging. It brings simplicity to teamwork by collaborating, sharing, and communicating under one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen sharing, file uploading feature during online meetings and in-meeting messaging are my favourite aspects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Anybody in the organization can create a team which can result in unnecessary creation of teams and blockage of storage space.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The adaptation to this solution is very quick, clients love it and can easily see the power of it. It's a cloud collaboration piece and integrates with products. I use the mobile, desktop and web versions of the solution. I would recommend this solution to others because I have had good experiences.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

not much... Teams is very basic, other than the fact that there is a growing number of integrations out there for it they don't really stand out from the crowd

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

easily share documents/updates with colleagues

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the price point there are better options out there

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you just need basic interoffice communication and collaboration Teams will get the job done and you keep everything under one bill (Microsoft), if you need advanced features look into other services
