What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Both the one-on-one and group team chat features are excellent. We can connect a bundle of programmes including BI Tool, Outlook, Youtube, Excel, Calendar, and many apps. Even we are able to connect Dynamics 365 for everyday operations and duties. Definitely The Best

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The greatest adjective to characterise Teams would be "User-friendly". It is time-saving, direct to employ, and easy to understand. Teams is one of the finest ways for me to keep my remote team on track and cohesive because the corporate market is now more remote than on-site.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It occasionally lags, crashes, and its status occasionally displays incorrectly. It displays idle even while you are online. But for now, it doesn't really matter because 99 other things are functioning normally.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great application for video and audio calls. Must buy product

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It integrates seaminglessly with other Microsoft products and allows for strong integration across many platforms, many different companies also can be contacted/communicated with directly outside of your organisation which is a very strong feature when working with customer environments

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Federation that Microsoft has across many companies is a very unique and strong feature for me that i use daily, it allows me to keep connected with colleagues in & outside my direct organisation and allows me to have a different and normally Direct route to prospective customers. also giving me knowledge of when they are 'green' available so i can focus contact efforts at particular times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are function bugs with the product and a lot of glitches that sometimes stop functionality requiring a reset of the product, especially when sharing Files/images with colleagues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft teams is a must have solution, which appears to be an industry norm, knowledge of the product is a must and integration to many tools including integration for notifications makes it a very powerful solution.
