What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It provides a medium to communicate through text, audio and video, share files, create channels, collaborate easily with team mates, share screen without lag

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with services like JIRA and Github is one of my favourite services provided by Teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

Usually the call drops in low network area, so that can be improved. Moreover sometimes screen-sharing don't work and have to try rejoining the call to make it work

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is very easy to operate and provide services that are best for team collaboration. I would recommend this for all those businesses who want to manage remote teams in a very efficient manner

The ease of connecting from a mobile device, and sharing large files from a system, online group calls and chats are truly fantastic

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slowness is the least beneficial aspect of Microsoft Teams. This tool slows down or hangs when we are in a video meeting or explaining something to our buyer. You need to make your system faster so that you can steal customers from your rivals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone looking for a permanent solution for their meetings and schedule management can simply switch to teams and it will monitor everything, sends notifications before calls, keep backup of chats etc.
