What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IIntegrated Collaboration: Teams integrates chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and collaboration all in one platform, making it easier for users to switch between different modes of communication without leaving the app. Seamless Office 365 Integration: Teams is deeply integrated with other Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. This allows users to collaborate on documents in real-time without leaving Teams. Channels: Teams allows organizations to create channels for different departments, projects, or any other grouping. This helps in keeping conversations and files organized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with External Tools: While Teams has a growing list of integrations, users often request more integrations with third-party tools and services. Virtual Hand Raising in Channels: Just as there's a hand-raising feature in meetings, having one in channels can help manage discussions, especially in larger teams. Better Performance: Some users have reported that Teams can be resource-intensive, especially on older hardware. Performance optimizations would be welcomed by many. What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The desktop application can be welcome, but only in-team. Once you need to collaborate with external teams, it just isn't as welcoming unless you pay a ton lot more.

The instant messaging does what it should do over the entire product

What do you dislike most about this product?

Filesharing is so abysmal terrible, it's a wonder they list it as a feature

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very good if used for internal communication instead of Whatsapp or anything. Also good for larger companies. But if you're more small, look elsewhere

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft uses its own standalone app - so you do not need to use an internet browser to use the service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the screen sharing/recording capabilities best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more options for further customization.

Between Microsoft and Google messenger, Microsoft seems to offer more functionality.
