It's streamlined into your office license suite. You likely have O365 already so why waste more money on Slack etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The impact this has on your team, you can message, send gifs, screenshare, voice chat etc. It's a must have to make your business run smoothly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

probably the search feature, I'd like a more granular search function when looking for past convos or files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it and don't look back. You can use the web version if your computer isn't compatible or lacking hardware specs so it's so portable.

MS Teams simply the best messaging app in terms of windows ecosystem.

I like the integration with the other Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Outlook and its calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time to load the app should have been shorter.

If you are on windows you will experience this tool in one way or another but I am not so confident about its capabilities in OS.
