Instant messaging, particularly schedule send.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Schedule send going wrong! Either not sending the message and deleting it entirely or sending straight away, this has happened on occasion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure it's piloted and tested thoroughly and feedback your recommendations to microsoft regularly
