What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams integration with the Microsoft Azure suite and suite of Microsoft software such as word, powerpoint & Excel which offer a native document editing & sharing experience through teams. We connect with a sharepoint which provides great file sharing options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of the communication through intuitive chats / groups which are easy to set up and add people from your company to The meeting records which are automated and sent via email

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasional issues with lag/connections on large attendance group video calls

The best internal communications platform for all types of businesses
