What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams offers comprehensive integration with Microsoft 365/Office 365 apps, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, making it the winner in this area nowadays. With MS Teams, users can collaborate with colleagues in real time while working on sharing files. The application also integrates with thousands of add-in applications within Microsoft Teams. It's totally a different experience than other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chat is one of the key features of Microsoft Teams. Whether it’s just with one person or with a group chat, it allows us to instantly message team members for quick discussions, feedback, and share documents and folders all together. I have less clutter in my inbox as prompt, quick questions get resolved over Teams chat, rather than a potential long wait for an email reply. My favorite feature of Microsoft Teams is that I'm able to send an email to the team channel, with the contents of the email appearing in the threaded conversation for all team members to view.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is deployed on-cloud in our organization. Microsoft Teams is quite convenient to use, and it's integrated with other Microsoft software. Overall, I rate Microsoft Teams an nine out of ten. People should have training about the solution because there are a lot of apps in Microsoft Teams that users can use them on their daily basis. I highly recommend the solution to those planning to use it. It helps a lot, especially for remote workers.
