Use slack - its more company friendly and overall provides more value, but again consider your organizational needs first.

Not much to differentiate in my opinion a lot of these companies have about the same features to me

Easy to use and cheaper option than some others

What do you dislike most about this product?

Video/Audio calls seem to drop when a lot of people are on them at once (10+ people)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have good connection wherever you have your meetings/conference calls

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

its ability to integrate with MS products which are widely used in the workspace helps greatly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overall its a good tool with all the required functionality to work efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most hated part of this IM is its reliability. It does not work well a lot of time and does now show any actionable error. Also, the UI is pretty boring and mundane. They can do a lot better with UI to make it more lively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As I said, it is the second best tool but still really good. MS Teams is the leader in market due to its distribution capabilities. So if you are using the MS office suite then this is the best option. If you care about your user experience then this might not be the best IM.
