What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

If your organization already use other Microsoft office products, Microsoft Teams works the best for a communication tool. Nowadays, there are many video conferencing, instant message, document management, email softwares available. It is a bit distracting me from my work when I have to switch softwares for each activity. Microsoft Teams can be one place to work for all.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Saving my time and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not really worth when organizations are Non-Microsoft environment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You may consider to switch to Microsoft Teams when your company already uses other Microsoft office products.
