What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is a pioneer product under the Office 360 suite. Provides easy calling, messaging, file sharing, and meeting capabilities. I guess, the benefits lie in considering this software as part of the Office suite. Otherwise, other tools in the market such as Zoom provide similar facilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy integration with Microsoft Outlook integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File sharing could have been better like SharePoint.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

None that I can think of.

It is packed with lots of features in a single application. Easy to share documents and communicate over chat.

I like its rich features while helps me to organise meeting very efficiently.

The android application lags sometimes.

I will highly recommend to go with ms-team.

I can't see an innovation if compared with others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have a favourite option. I use it because It's the default communication software at work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Software performance - Activity notification - Copy the user name and date with crtl+c

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitively there are better options in the market for the end-users. I don't know about the benefits for the company management.
