My favourite aspect of Microsoft teams is its integration with Microsoft 365. This feature allows users to collaborate on documents in real time, manage tasks, and share files seamlessly within the same platform. It enhances productivity by keeping everything interconnected, making it easier to communicate and collaborate without switching between multiple applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Microsoft Teams is its cluttered interface. The multitude of features and options can be overwhelming, especially for new users, making it difficult to navigate efficiently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering Microsoft teams. I recommend starting with a trial version to familiarise yourself with its features and Interface.
